Specific objectives for phase I
Preparation and structural investigations of some Co2R1-xMxZ type half-metals. The structural characterization after 
the substitutions.
The study of electrical, caloric, electronic and magnetic properties of the Co2R1-xMxZ type half-metals.
The study of local magnetic properties by μSR. The effect of substitutions on the physical properties.
Specific objectives for phase II
Preparation and structural, electrical, caloric and magnetic investigations of some Co based half-metals. The study of 
the effect of Ho substitution on the physical properties.
The study of electronic properties by band structure calculations. Interpretation and exploitation of the results.
