Launching of the new Masters Degree "Sciences"

We are happy to announce the launching of a new interdisciplinary Masters Degree, entitled "Sciences" as a collaboration between the Faculty of Physics, the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering and the Biology and Geology Faculty. More informations here.

Faculty of Physics offers a 3 years curricula (Physics and Environmental Science domains) or a 4 years one (Applied Engineering Sciences and Medical Engineering domains) according to Bologna declaration.

  • Physics, 3 years (Romanian and Hungarian)
  • Environmental Physics, 3 years (Romanian)
  • Technological Physics, 4 years (Romanian and Hungarian)

Admission, master level

Physics studies can be completed through the following Master of Science programmes (2 years):

We cordially invite you to attend the 31-st European Congress on Molecular Spectroscopy (EUCMOS 2012) to be held at the Babeş-Bolyai University (Campus Economica), Cluj-Napoca, Romania, between August 26-31, 2012.

The scope of the Congress is to encourage the exchange of ideas and the collaboration among people interested in molecular spectroscopy, to help in the identification of new trends and in the definition of future objectives in this field. All aspects of spectroscopic methods and techniques (including applications), as well as computational and theoretical approaches for the investigation of structure, dynamics and properties of molecular systems will be discussed.
