Registration fees
Registration
fee includes:
- participation in the
scientific program of EUCMOS 2012

the Conference Program and Book of Abstracts

refreshments during the
breaks, lunch for 5 days, welcome party and the conference excursion.
Accompanying persons'
registration fee covers the welcome party, conference excursion and visit to
Botanical Garden and village museum.

at an additional cost of 40 EUR and restricted to participants who have signed in for this
event.

Anyone enrolled in a full-time program of study is eligible for the student
rate.
The registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the participant's
supervisor confirming this status.
Refund policy
Partial refund (70%) will be possible
only for requests arriving before July 15th.
Requests will be processed only after the end of the Congress.
After July 15th, if you will not be able to attend the Congress, you can send
one of your colleagues in your place (upon communication to the Secretary).

On-site registration and Information Desk
The registration desk will be open on Sunday 26 August from 16:00 to 20:00 and during the conference from 09:00 to 18:00.
Official invitation
An official letter of invitation to attend the EUCMOS 2012 will be sent upon request to those participants with an accepted abstract, requiring it for visa application or other purposes. Please note that such an invitation letter does not imply any obligation, financial or otherwise, by EUCMOS.
Certificate of attendance
A certificate of attendance can be collected at the registration desk.
Internet connections
All the participants in
EUCMOS 2012 will have:
1: wireless internet access in the main halls and conference rooms
2: wired interned access from a computer network near the Conference
rooms.
