Conference excursion and dinner (two options: see below)

Wednesday, August 29, 2012, in the afternoon.
The excursion will end with a joint dinner at the Aroma restaurant, enjoying Romanian food and music.
It is free for the registered participants and for accompanying persons.
The groups will be accompanied by professionally trained, English language speaking guides

Option 1:
A half day visit to Turda Salt Mine (aprox. 30 km from Cluj), followed by the dinner.

Pick up: 03:00 PM, August 29, 2012
 Duration: 7.5 hours
At: Conference Site
Recommendations: some warm clothes, easy footwear. Please consider that the temperature inside the mine is 12-16 degrees and you will be climbing down and up the stairs (about 150m).

 

Option 2:

A half day visit to the Ethnographical Museum of Transylvania and walking on Cetatuia hill, followed by the dinner.

 Duration: 7.5 hours (5 hours excursion and 2.5 hours dinner)

 Recommendations: summer clothes, easy footwear.

Lunch
The lunches are provided as menus with 2 choices for the first course, 2 choices for the main course and 2 choices for dessert, to be choosen individually on-site. A vegetarian option is available.
Conference lunches will be held in the FSEGA mensa.
