Please note that the conference organizers do not provide accommodation, and the conference fee does not cover hotel costs.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own reservations.

• Extra bed: 110 Lei (VAT included, breakfast not included)
• Early check-in: 08:00–15:00 – 150 Lei/room
• Late check-out: 15:00–17:00 – 150 Lei/room
• Day use: 08:00–17:00 – 150 Lei/room
• Pet policy (small pets): 110 Lei/pet/night, plus a deposit of 110 Lei/pet/night
No-show: a penalty applies, equivalent to the first night’s accommodation without breakfast.

Check-out: until 11:00
Children policy: Children aged 0–8 stay free of charge, provided they stay in the parents’ room using existing bedding. For children over 8, an extra bed and breakfast fee applies.
