Registration fees

Registration fee includes:
    -  participation in the scientific program of ECSBM 2026
    -  conference materials including the Conference Program and Book of Abstracts
    -  refreshments during the breaks, lunch for 4 days, welcome party and the conference excursion.

Accompanying persons' registration fee covers the welcome party, conference excursion and visit to Botanical Garden and village museum.
Please note that the conference dinner is optional,  at an additional cost of 100 EUR and restricted to participants who have signed in for this event.

Anyone enrolled in a full-time program of study is eligible for the student rate.
The registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the participant's supervisor confirming this status.


Refund policy
 Partial refund (70%) will be possible only for requests arriving before July 15th.
Requests will be processed only after the end of the Conference.
After July 15th, if you will not be able to attend the Congress, you can send one of your colleagues in your place (upon communication to the Secretary).

 

Payment details

All fees should be paid in advance in EUR.

After the payment of the registration fee, please send a scanned copy of the bank transfer receipt (or any other kind of digital receipt) to the conference secretariat at:

On-site registration and Information Desk

The registration desk will be open on Sunday 30 August from 16:00 to 20:00 and during the conference from 09:00 to 18:00.

Official invitation

An official letter of invitation to attend the ECSBM 2026 will be sent upon request to those participants with an accepted abstract, requiring it for visa application or other purposes. Please note that such an invitation letter does not imply any obligation, financial or otherwise, by ECSBM 2026.

Certificate of attendance

A certificate of attendance can be collected at the registration desk.
