Organ Concert
Tuesday, August 31-st, 2026 20:00 at St Michael's Curch

Conference excursion at Turda Salt Mine and dinner
Tuesday, September 1-st, 2026 in the afternoon.
The excursion will end with a dinner at the TBD, enjoying Romanian food and music.
It is free for the registered participants and for accompanying persons.
The groups will be accompanied by professionally trained, English language speaking guides.

Option 1 A half day visit to Turda Salt Mine (approx. 30 km from Cluj), followed by the dinner. Pick up: 03:00 PM, September 1-st, 2026 Duration: 7.5 hours At: Conference Site Recommendations: Some warm clothes, easy footwear. Please consider that the temperature inside the mine is 12–16°C and you will be climbing down and up the stairs (about 150m). Option 2 Will be updated soon.

Conference Dinner
Wednesday, September 2-nd, 2026, at Courtyard by Marriott Cluj-Napoca Downtown

Lunches
The lunches are provided as menus with 2 choices for the first course, 2 choices for the main course and 2 choices for dessert, to be choosen individually on-site. A vegetarian option is available.
Conference lunches will be held in the FSEGA mensa.
