Preclinical MRI Scanner - Bruker MRI 7 Tesla

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) machine is capable to handle various materials and processes type of investigation from Bio- to Materials, from Environment to Energy, etc. It is the first non-human MRI unit in our country, has a magnetic field of 7.0 Tesla and is capable of deep-inside and surface investigations with micro-meter resolution.

Availability: by email appointment between 8:00 - 16:00 for a pre-evaluation of the complexity of the tests and estimate of working time.

Conditions of use: exclusively by the responsible specialized staff (Farcasanu Alexandru Stefan, Liviu Chiriac, Bogdan Frentiu, Turcu Flaviu, Radu Fechete, Nicolae Corojan).

Location: Babeş –Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Cardinal Iuliu Hosu St., No. 18.
