Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) is a powerful tool for obtaining detailed molecular structure and dynamics
information of a system regardless of whether the system is in a solid, a liquid, a gaseous, or a supercritical state.
Our laboratory is capable of solid-state investigation. Solids or semi-solids state materials NMR investigation most
of the time is made through Magic Angle Spinning technique. Our Laboratory has the capability of various types
of experiments at 14.1 Tesla, spinning rates (up to 35 kHz) and temperatures based on experiment unique requirements.
Availability: by email appointment between 8:00 - 16:00 for a pre-evaluation of the complexity of the tests
and estimate of working time.
Conditions of use: exclusively by the responsible specialized staff (Mihai Vasilescu, Turcu Flaviu, Simion Andrea,
Nicolae Corojan, Poplăcean Iuliana).
